Once your product has shipped:
- Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
- You have forty five (30) days to return an item.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from the NiftyThings store can be returned to us.
- Our products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- We strive to never charge a restocking fee, however if items are missing or damaged in your return, we reserve the right to charge on your refund the cost of missing or damaged parts.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it.
- International customers are responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, and duties. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are. Customers who choose not to pay local duties, refuse to accept the shipment, or are unavailable to accept delivery, will not be refunded for the transaction.
- We aim to process all requests within 72 hours upon receiving. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.
- In the event that a gift card is applied to an order and that order is refunded for any reason, any gift cards used in that order will not be refunded.
- At this time, NiftyThings cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to us. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
